We really enjoyed working on this project; the job of remodeling a house for a loving family who enjoys being together is priceless. From the front to back of the house, this space truly transformed into what feels like an entirely new home. A new welcoming entry with gorgeous black dutch door was added to watch grand kids play in the front yard, allowing the coastal breeze through the house to present a cool, peaceful ambiance. By removing the main partition wall that divided the kitchen from the living area, we created a welcoming, open space for a family who loves entertainment. When you walk into the living area you are welcomed by an updated fireplace with El Dorado chalky brick and flanking glass cabinetry with raw wood tops to bring touches of warmth, while tying into kitchen cabinetry finish details. The kitchen now boasts a massive 12’ island with built-in custom wine rack was designed to accommodate large family get-togethers. Fun fact this is the largest island we've done to date and holy moly does it suit this family perfectly! Open-end shelving made of raw-white oak helps to show off our Clients family’s collection of antique china. We also incorporated a wine rack with ample storage and an actual home for their little collection. We gave each room its own touch while presenting all of the spaces cohesively. Each detail fits this family for how they live and use their space. We are absolutely looking forward to a future bathroom remodel with this sweet family next year!
