This 1994 Scottsdale Ranch home is due for a much needed renovation, and luckily, it has fallen into the hands of a young man with great style and a vision. Throughout both the kitchen and laundry room, we will be maintaining a clean line transitional feel.
Even though it's a more than ample space, the laundry room's layout was it's biggest vice- with an odd back-to-back washer and dryer set up, no storage, and no sink, we've decided to remedy these issues for increased functionality and aesthetics.
In the kitchen, we will keep the same footprint, but replace the 36" upper cabinets for a larger 42", which will provide both more storage and fit with the rest of the scale of the kitchen. The base cabinets will be replaced with more a functional variant for the homeowner. We will also add several modern amenities, as well as create a more open color-scheme with a blend of white and grey shaker cabinets.
